This Louisiana-based restaurant chain has award-winning signature sauces and spice rubs that are made from scratch and can only be found at WOW Café. The chicken is fresh, never frozen, and made to order; hamburgers are hand-pattied, made to order as well. A variety of menu options are available. A WOW Café location is on the first floor by the center entrance, and another is on the secure side in the atrium.
