I opted for something with sausage. It was not good

Hot dog was burnt - black and tasted like charcoal. Roll was mushy and disintegrated. There are better places to get a Chicago dog in this airport.

One of the only options early morning besides breakfast sandwiches everywhere

Open 24 hours: decent Chicago-Style hotdogs

These are not Chicago dogs, they are grilled. Huge disappointment. Additionally, the lady making the dogs hates her job. Not a pleasant person.
