The Global Entry office is near Hudson's. Have someone drop you off at B5 lower level arrivals, Terminal 5. The office is straight ahead when you enter B5 doors. If you must park, use Lot D.

Park in the t5 temporary parking, way faster and cheaper

Very efficient way to enroll Global Entry. My interview was an hour after my arrival, picked up my luggage, exited customs and the center on the right by McDonalds.
