Painless border crossing
They need to add more machines. There were only 5 working Global entry machines working. The amount of machines compared to the volume of people was woefully inadequate.
The guy that waited on us was a rude jerk. I wanted to tell him, but obviously he had all the power.
Very fast service going through customs check. They are doing a great job!!
