Cowboy Ciao has been a Valley of the Sun mainstay since 1997. Best described as Modern American with global influences, the big, bold flavors typically nod to the Southwest while remaining wine-friendly (an important factor, given the Valley’s – and the Airport’s – biggest wine list).

Great place for burgers and salads. Cool place to watch sports games on tv while waiting for your flight.
This is a lovely little airport bar with a few local brews on tap. Try the blonde.
The tomato bisque soup. It’s a No for me, dawg.
Pretty much the only bar option in the B concourse at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix.
Salmon salad with arugula. The dressing is delicious; but I don’t remember what the dressing was. It was delicious. I ate the whole thing.
